John Fahey Dance Of Death & Other Plantation Favorites / John Fahey Vol 3 mono Takoma C 1004 mono ORIGINAL PRESSING in Shrink wrap No Booklet included
Fahey guitar classic from 1965
The record looks VG- and plays VG with moderate surface noise but no heavy repetitive ticking or distortion. Lots of scuffing on both sides and hairline marks. No deep scratches into the grooves. Grooves are not heavily worn. Not a clean copy but enjoyable to listen to and not wrecked. "Score Takoma 4" etc in the runouts.
The cover is VG.
Under the shrink wrap, the front and back paste on cover looks nice. There's writing on the front. The top seam is split app 3 inches at the pocket and is not taped. Bottom seam is heavily worn app 1 inch at the pocket. Wear and denting at all the corners. Spine is intact and readable.
Black lines that might be visible at bottom left and top right in pictures are due to photo cropping and not on record.
My highest grade is M- and I rarely grade 50s or 60s records M-. Records are graded visually using the Goldmine system. M-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG- etc. I play grade any potential problem areas. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. You will be satisfied. No hassles.
