No cover. Not even sure if this was released with a cover. Comes with the poly bag and paper sleeve that came with this lp when I purchased it.

This is likely one of the rarest of John's releases. I know little about these pressings. I purchased this LP as part of an eclectic Folk collection back around 2003-2004. The LP has rarely been played. I am unable to compare this limited pre-release pressing with the official pressing. The last copy I know of sold on eBay in 2017. I'm only selling this to upgrade my sound system.
I give this an overall grade of VG.
I've included photos of the scratches. They are not deep.
Over the years this LP has been cleaned a few times using my VPI. I strongly feel this LP would benefit from a ultrasonic cleaning, which I do not have. I no longer clean records before selling since many more people now have cleaners and their own methods. This has been stored in a clean white sleeve since 2003-2004.
