Weird one, this... So, the records are the 1964 and 1967 reissues of John Fahey's 59 debut album Blind Joe Death, but the '64 record is in an early vol. 2 sleeve from the death chants album. Both sleeves are partially torn, and only the '67 record plays without skipping, so selling as a lot rather than splitting them. Rare things though - not as rare as the '59 first pressing (£1000+ for one of those) - but not to be confused with the modern reissues or the '69 UK Sonet pressings on inferior vinyl.
As mentioned, the vinyl on one of these records is in poor condition, and the other one is pretty good, but has some dust markings one one side which look drastic but actually don't affect the sound that much. This record plays fine with pretty minimal pop and crackle, but the poorer one is quieter and skipped during the first track when I played it. Could be resolved with a clean, but I can't guarantee this.
Individual copies of each of these albums would generally sell for around £35-45, dependent on condition, but I'm asking £30 for both. A bargain for Faheyphiles.
I originally had these listed under the global shipping program, but apparently it was quoting ridiculous prices for international destinations. I will now charge a £10 flat rate for international delivery, but the buyer will be responsible for any import or customs charges applicable in their country.
