JOHN LEE HOOKER

It Serve You Right To Suffer

(US Impulse!, A 9103, 1965)

RARE FIRST US MONO PRESS!!

Undoubtedly Hooker's best album - it has always been hard to find but now finding originals are very tough indeed!! Sadly this has seen better days but can still be enjoyed!!

VERY HARD TO FIND!! DON'T MISS OUT!!

Disc is VG- : clean disc and labels, lots of marks and scuffs, has been thoroughly cleaned and plays through with crackle and background noise - the louder numbers such as Shake It Baby and Money overwhelm the noise but the quieter ones it is noticeable - still it doesn't sound too distorted or worn, and there are no jumps!!

Gatefold sleeve is VG : light corner and edge wear, light ring wear, paint marks on back, small writing on back, no splits or tears!!

RUN-OUTS :

SIDE 1 : A-9103-A etched

SIDE 2 : A-9103-B etched
