This is the original deep-groove pressing of John Lee Hooker The Folklore of John Lee Hooker on Vee Jay VJLP 1033. The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The laminated cover has sharp corners and perfect seams and is bright and clean throughout; light discoloration at the lower right corner. Personnel includes Jimmy Reed, "Lefty" Bates, and Quinn Wilson.
