Back in the 1970's when quadraphonic music was trying to break through into the mainstream, different record companies had their own version of what quad should sound like. No one could agree on how to do it which is why it died towards the end of the decade. The two most common quads were SQ and CD-4. This is a rare RM quadraphonic record of John Lennon's masterpiece IMAGINE. If your stereo reciever has dolby prologic it will play just fine. This is on Apple Records from 1971 catalog #EAZ 80006 pressed in Japan. The record and the inside items are in mint condition. The lyrics of the songs are printed on the jacket sleeve, the 4"x6" postcard of John and the pig, and a 22" x 32 1/2" poster of John at his piano are included. Plus there is an extra bonus of two John and Yoko pix on a sleeve with all the lyrics in Japanese. The corners of the album cover are slightly dimpled. The removable copper-colored band surrounding the album cover has smudges and fingerprints due to age and unusual colored ink. This is a great collectors item.
