Apple 1809 set of 15 MINT 45s
w/original 1969 Apple shipping box

This is an original 1969 US Apple cardboard shipping box with 15 MINT/UNPLAYED Apple 45s of "Give Peace A Chance" b/w "Remember Love" (Apple 1809).

These thin cardboard shipping boxes were sent to retailers when they ordered Apple singles in the late 60's/early 70's. Not many survive today since the 45s were usually taken out and the boxes discarded. This box shows wear and some light staining where a piece of masking tape was removed (from sealing the box). One side looks very nice and would display well. The bottom side of the box has "1809" written in black marker. Inside the box are 15 MINT/UNPLAYED singles. The discs themselves are beautiful--with super high gloss and bright green/sharp Apple labels. A few of the disc labels have some slight edge wear/paper loss from storage. All the 45s are in brand new heavy stock, replacement plain black sleeves.
