Early Jacksonville pressing (as identified by "0" in the run-outs)
Custom Apple label with John's face on Side 1. "Mfd. By Apple Records Inc." text along bottom perimeter of both labels.
Cover is glossy-laminated on both sides.
Comes with custom die-cut inner sleeve with lyrics, photos and credits.
Comes with 3 inserts:
* Poster of Lennon playing on his white piano, measures approximately 24" x 36".
* 4"x6" postcard of either Lennon Straddling a Pig, or a different image of a Nymph-Like photo of Yoko and Lennon
