Description
John Lennon Plastic Ono Band Imagine Original 1971 1st Press With Poster & Postcard. Apple PAS0004. Matrix numbers are YEX 865-1U and YEX 866-1U. Porky and Pecko are etched.
Issued on custom Apple labels in a laminated sleeve with printed inner, poster and postcard.
Inner sleeve has credits in a spiral, with artist photos; flipside has lyrics in a 'starburst' style, printed black on non-punched, unlined white paper. "Patent No.1,125,555 Made In Great Britain".
The inner sleeve & label titles this release "Imagine: John Lennon and the Plastic Ono Band (With The Flux Fiddlers*)"
*Most likely the ensemble of strings arranged by Torrie Zito
