1973 UK *1st PRESSING* LP

This barely played UK 1st pressing dates from initial release in 1973 and is on the correct light green Apple label: PCS 7165

The disc is housed within an unlaminated 'Garrod & Lofthouse'' UK printed cover complete with lyric printed inner-sleeve

Matrix numbers: YEX 927-1U & YEX 928-1U

Stamper codes: 1/ROA & 1/RLA

Vinyl weight: 129g

A vivid & vibrant set with just a small handful of light spindle marks to the side 1 centre hole.

Visual: EXCELLENT +

Perfectly clean, bright & deep-gloss surfaces with just a few harmless paper hairlines but no scuff, marks or scratches and closer inspection nothing more than a sparkling rainbow shine.

Play: NEAR MINT

This copy has received just a handful of careful plays and plays without any audible faults or wear.

Cover

EXCELLENT

Given its matt finish, unworn covers are hard to find. The only sign of wear on this example is a faint outline of the disc towards the upper edge, but otherwise the front panel is completely unworn and free from any 'thumbnails' or any other creases. There is a hint of shelfwear to the lower corners but no bumps or bruising to any and no significant signs of wear to either opening edge. The rear panel is the same as the front and both seams & the fully worded spine are all smooth, unstressed & undamaged.

Inner-sleeve

VERY GOOD +

Cean & white but with a 1.5cm tear to one of the top-opening edges but no writing or splits to any seam.
