Description

John Lennon - Original 1970 US Apple "Mother" Pic Sleeve & 45 - One of the rarer of the solo Beatles sleeves!  This is an original US Apple Records release, and includes the actual record in Excellent condition.  This one is all about the picture sleeve....it would probably fall into the NM or NM- grading band but for one issue: Someone wrote in pen: "To Charles XO Mommy" on the Yoko side of the sleeve.
Now, if you've heard this song, it's not something you'd think would make an endearing gift between a mother and son, unless the "Charles" referenced was Charles Manson...LOL.  Then, it may be appropriate.
Anyway, that is the only detraction, and again, is on the Yoko side of the sleeve.  Would make a great copy of this sleeve until an uninscribed version came along.
