JOHN LENNON - 'PLASTIC ONO BAND'
This superb UK 1st pressing of John Lennon's 1st & finest solo album dates from its initial December 1970 release and is on the black & white Apple Records label: PCS 7124
Matrix numbers: YEX 827-1U & YEX 828-1U
Stamper codes: 2/GH & 1/GM

Housed in a fully laminated UK printed cover complete with its original pritned inner-sleeve.

A fine unworn pair with only one or two barely visible spindle marks around each completely unworn centre hole. Downgraded slightly due to a few faint age-spots on each.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Immaculate playing surfaces which are 'as new' and completely unmarked in strong daylight with just a few barely visible harmless wispy paper hairlines directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp.
Sound Quality: NEAR MINT
This 1st class copy has been played just once or twice at most and the sound throughout is completely unworn and without fault. There is no trace of any groove/play wear distortion or any clicks, pops or other such distractions. In fact, apart from a hint of normal light vinyl background between tracks and in a few of the quieter passages, there is little to fault on this outstanding disc.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
Carefully stored untouched for many years, this fine cover retains a sparkling unscratched and unworn high-gloss laminate all-round, free from any ring-wear or 'thumbnail' creases. There is a faint bend to the upper left corner and a tiny shelfwear bruise to the lower left but no other traces of wear to any others or to either opening edge. The rear panel is pristine and both seams and the fully worded spine are all smooth, unstressed & unsplit.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
Clean, flat & unworn with slight age-toning to the paper and a few gentle storage bends, but no writing, tears or seam splits.
