Picture Sleeve and 45 RPM 7" vinyl record

This 45 is from my personal collection. The 7" 45 was stored in a white sleeve inside a resealable outer along with the picture sleeve.
Detailed description of picture sleeve.
The picture sleeve is in VG++ condition. There are no tears or writing on it. The flaws are due to the way it was stored. The 45 left some ring wear on the sleeve, there is also a small crease lower right and lower left is not perfect. The top of the picture sleeve shows some signs of handling. Overall, a very nice example of this iconic picture sleeve.
In my experience, these are all normal signs of storage wear / age. Other sellers may not go into such detail, however I like to put the time into disclosing an accurate description for my customers.
The 45 7" single, is in included and is in VG condition. There are some marks and scratches on the playing surface, not terrible however it needs to be mentioned. I suppose a serious collector may already have a better copy.
In my opinion, the picture sleeve is the most important aspect of this record and that is where the value is.
Looking at the photos of the most recent Ebay sale, the copy I have on offer appears to be in much better condition.!
