Description

I'm reluctant to categorize this (or almost any) record as "near mint", but this one is certainly in ultra-desirable condition.
 - Printed on white poster board.  - "...Sings The Great Rock & Roll Hits" written on spine.  - Has shoulders and flesh.  - "Stereo" on cover in distinct typeface.  - Run-out area features "Bell Sound" and matrix #s A8018 A and A8018 B, and is signed by "Joe".
Printing is clear and crisp (for a low-budget production) throughout with the exception of the artist names and song titles in the mini-covers on the back.  The vinyl is average weight for a 70s-era disc and the label size is correct.  There is no discernible etching under the label.
The record was minimally played.  My honest recollection is that I acquired this copy from the offices of Roulette Records (Morris Levy) around the time of its release.  I have not played the record in the past 40 years and am relying on a visual inspection which reveals some very faint and occasional scuffing and/or dimpling which would not seem to interfere with playback.  The record is very clean and extremely well cared-for.
