Japan 1972 original Apple single in custom picture sleeve with tri-fold lyric sheet.

 

 

The condition of the sleeve is a very nice vg+ with tiny wrinkles around the edges consistent with this type of sleeve; the record is near mint-! Comes with hard to find lyric insert, see photos.
