This is the rare Promo of John Lennon & Yoko Ono of Happy Xmas (War is Over) & Listen, The Snow is Falling. The record has excellent gloss. There are no scratches. There is one visible scuff mark to the left of "Phil Spector" on side 2. There is another inside the runout to the right of the words "Side 2". There are a few other nearly extremely light rub marks. I am calling this one NM. Look closely at the photos and decide for yourself. If you want more info, just ask.
I will provide a new generic sleeve. It will be over packed for safe shipping. Shipping will be UPS Ground with insurance and required adult signature. (Please make sure that your shipping location has an adult present to sign during delivery hours.) UPS needs a street address and cannot ship to PO boxes. If UPS cannot ship to your address, then the order will be canceled and refunded.
