Description
The Classic John Lennon & Yoko Ono Wedding Album.This was issued in the U.K. dated 1969. The number on the disc is SAPCOR 11.Produced by Apple Records.The lid is not in perfect condition as two of the corners have popped, and also the base of the box has two corners popped,although easily repaired. Although listed as used I can assure any prospective purchasers that only a few tracks have ever been played ( not really my taste, even though I was a huge fan of The Beatles ) There is one hardly detectable mark on one side of the disc around the hole where it had been placed on the turntable. You would need to get a magnifying glass to actually detect it!
The contents are as follows :- Marriage certificate replica pasted on the inside of the lid,a Press Booklet,The Wedding double sided Poster,Passport photo strip , Opaque white plastic sleeve with pull-out photo of a slice of wedding cake ,and a Large poster of John Lennon doodles Oh and of course the Album sleeve and L.P. disc.
I also have a Sgt. Pepper L.P. which I bought on release, that has definitely been played but not worn ,any ideas what this is worth ? It has all the contents Cut- outs etc.
