John Lennon/Yoko Ono: Double Fantasy super rare orig 1980 LP
Geffen Records GHS 2001 orig earliest Australian issue from 1980 (see details below)
Cover VG++ (Very nice condition with very minor ringwear [see photos])
Inner sleeve VG++ (Great condition. This is the earliest issue that came out originally with a flimsy inner prior to John Lennon being murdered. Subsequent issues from December 1980 onwards had a stiffer inner. All his records sold out quickly after he was murdered so new stock was needed for the demand. I know this from personal experience as I have one bought from before December 1980 and one from December 1980)
Record NM (Like new)
This is John Lennon's last LP released together with Yoko Ono before his murder in December 1980. It was his comeback LP after having been gone for five years. It gave everybody hope for more but unfortunately it wasn't to be except for some posthumous stuff released a few years later, most notably "Milk and Honey".
Here's a great chance to own the very earliest example of this LP as released in Australia. Hard to find now days especially in this great condition. Good luck!
