Pacific Jazz. PJ 1217. Black/Silver deep groove label. Mono. USA 1956.
     
Plastic bag inner sleeve.

           Graded cover/record VG/VG+
Laminated front cover has tape or tape remnants around edges and writing on back.
Labels has spindle marks and vinyl has a couple of very small surface marks, tiny scratches.
It plays excellent at most. Just a few occasional light background  crackles.
