John Martyn The Tumbler - Island Records ILPS 9091 - LP - VG to VG+
The sound clips were made by an Olympus LS-12; a lovely bit of recording kit!
The worst pops are at the start to Dusty (track 1 side 2) and the rest of the sound samples are the worst of what is, to my ears, a very enjoyable listening experience.

The turntable was a modified Thorens TD150, SME 3009 series II improved arm with a Shure VN35HE cartridge. This turntable, arm & ncartridge will be for sale once I have sold the best 50 of my record collection.
