Condition :

Sleeve :   EX,,   Laminated , front and rear , non flipback sleeve . Small amount of edge wear , and laminate  lift. see pic

Record :  EX , , Rough textured pink rim , heavy 60's style pressing , the matrix numbers would suggest it was pressed from the first plates . ie Ilps 9091 A/B  with NO suffix ..... see pic ,
