Record appears to be in VG+ shape with some light wear, Side Two has some very light scuffs that may just be from the sleeve, not terrible damage and possibly cleanable - Side one has a light small scratch near the outside that you can see fairly easy when you hold it to a light, and another scratch near that one that's more narrow, longer, but harder to see. It is very light & not deep in the grooves.
Record sleeve is in G / G+ shape, it has splits on each side, and is torn so that it is "unhinged" from one side down to the bottom - basically part of the paper opens up like a page out of a book because it is torn down and across. It is hard to tell in the picture because it is not ripped apart, it's just been ripped at a seam and so it's undone.
Cover Jacket is in VG shape, it has aged quite a bit & has some general wear from that, there are little creases in several places, dark ring wear, but no holes or tears that could be found!
