Description: Rare Christian Psych - This is your chance to get an incredibly rare and important piece. According to Acid Archives : "possibly Rydgren's crowning achievement. In cooperation with composer Robert Way, a 25 minute eclectic musical mass mixes superbly with Rydgren's raps on the existential confusion of youth in modern society, and how Christianity possibly holds the key. As with all his recordings, the questions are asked in such a mindbendingly cool way that the answers sort of get lost in the haze, which is part of the strongly pyschedelic nature of the material. The music ranges from modernist classical over exotica to contemporary "rock" and is as impressive as Rydgren's dramatic narration. As good as it gets in the Christian incredibly strange field." Picture Ken Nordine with psychedelic music in the background. Jawdropping and brilliant. Record/Vinyl Grade: In runout Matrix reads Hand Etched New Cantata and 8045A, On B side 450 8045B. Really clean, no scratches, there are a few small scuffs from entering the sleeve that prevent me from grading this Near Mint, while not perfect you are buying a shiny clean record. Audibly tested and sounds great Cover Grade: Very Good Condition, nice gate fold, spine has small splits, broken bottom/split on LP side (see pictures). Nine page booklet is affixed with attached mailing postcard I will mail this via USPS Media Mail well packed in a record mailer and protected by bubble wrap from movement during shipping. I can upgrade to USPS Priority for 2-3 day shipping for an extra fee. All records are mailed within one business day of purchase with the exception of purchases made on Fridays after noon, I cannot make the post office on the weekends. I need until Monday to ship Friday orders. I will combine shipping on multiple auctions won. Notes on Record Conditions and Grades: ? I am not a professional grader but I strive to accurately grade and describe the conditions of all media mailed out. We understand that that grades are subjective but we try to make them as objective as possible. If you receive a record that falls over a grade behind what has been described, we are happy to accept returns or reconcile errors in listings.? I will have tested most records on my Stanton turntable with a new needle, I change the tracking weight on occasion but try to keep a consistent tracking at 1.0 to 1.5 grams. I will note all visible scratches and skips if they apply to the above record.
