it's a house in Burbank) RARE 78!  

Disc Info Update: 5/19/2020

Side A is a classic blues male vocal. Typical slow blues, excellent (African American) 

Side B is a Be Bop / Jump instrumental also excellent

The recording was very good, clear. Not sure if they recorded it

to quarter inch tape first, then to disc, or direct to disc? Also

not sure if it was made in the mid to late 1940's or early 1950's.

With a plus or minus depending on variables such as how much groove luster remains, sound quality, wear and

abuse. 78rpm records can look bad but sound great! They stand up to abuse much better than LP's or 45's!
