I'm a not a grader of records, so I won't give them a grade, but I can give you a NON expert opinion of the condition.

NON - expert opinion:

Outer sleeve - good condition with no rips or tears, some storage wear around the edges, SEE PHOTOS

Vinyl - In good clean condition with no visible scratches from what I can see - SEE PHOTOS

Inner sleeve - Clean condition - SEE PHOTOS
