Description
Ultra Rare LP of John Wright - Makin' Out (Prestige 7212 - Mono). Original Yellow & Black labels with Bergenfield address, Deep Groove and RVG on both sides. Fantastic LP by Prestige's most under-rated pianist along with Eddy Williams on sax, Wendell Marshall on bass and the legendary Roy Brooks laying down the beats on drums. Rare bit of jazz history that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in solid VG+ condition having a few scuffs, but retaining all the original luster. The cover is basically as good with NO tape, NO writing, NO splits, NO stickers or stamps - just a bit of general age/shelf wear. All seams are holding together well. An unbeatable copy of one of the rarest Prestige recordings.
You know what it is, you know how rare it is, what's holding you back?
The LP will be carefully packed using professional materials (twenty years experience safely selling LPs around the world). Mailing costs would be $4.00 for media rate mail to a U.S. address. Overseas winner will be quoted the appropriate mailing rate at the close of the auction. I accept checks, money orders, Bidpay checks or cash (sent at sender's risk). Serious bidders only please - Payment must be received in ten days from notification. Thanks for your interest and good luck.
