VG+, decent overall shape, some light marks and/or scuffs, nothing you can feel, nice gloss and label unless otherwise noted.
VG++, just a few light marks or scuffs (generally 3-5 marks per side) or scuffs, shiney nice label.
Mint-, only one or two marks, vinyl is close to perfect.
Mint, sealed, vinyl not played.
