Description
Johnny Cash 1958 Original Sun Records 45 rpm, from the private collection of the Liberto family.
This 45 was given in 1958 by J.R. to Ray Liberto, the brother of his 1st wife Vivian, his brother-in-law. It is signed / inscribed on one side by John himself and on the back at Marshall in 1958 as a gift.
It is a pre-sample copy that was passed on by JR himself.
One of a kind! Comes in the old Sun Records sleeve, exactly as purchased by the family at the time.
Additional info: When Ray died in 2008, items from his estate were also sold on eBay USA. Included were 3 signed Sun 45s from different years. One was bought by Bill Miller (owner of Cash Museum Nashville) and the other 2 I bought back then. I sold the first one years ago. Here is the last one on offer. Don't miss it!
