Johnny Cash - Country Voy No. 1 & No. 2
(London 2 x UK 7" EP 1959)
1. Country Boy No. 1 (London RE-S 1212 UK7" EP 1958)
This is the 2nd UK 7" EP pressing circa 1961. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve. This has a printing date on the rear sleeve "2/ 61". This means the sleeve ass printed in February 1961. The record has burgundy & silver "London" labels which have a 4 pronged circular centre. It has -1C/ -1C matrix stampers. This EP is licensed from "Sun Records" in the USA.
Sleeve: There is some light or very mild rubbing wear to the corner tips. There is some light, mild or very mild ringwear. There is some light or very minor foxing on the rear sleeve on some areas. There are no seam splits. VG+ condition
Vinyl: There are some light, mild or very mild sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. There are a couple of small & very light hairline marks. VG condition. The labels are in Excellent condition & show light spindle wear only. Plays VG+ overall & Near Excellent in some places. There is some light or very mild crackle in some quieter places.
2. Country Boy No. 2 (London RE-S 1230 UK7" EP 1959)
This is an original 7" EP pressing. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve. This has a printing date on the rear sleeve "10/ 59". This means the sleeve ass printed in October 1959. The record has burgundy & silver "London" labels which have a 4 pronged circular centre. It has -1C/ -1C matrix stampers. This EP is licensed from "Sun Records" in the USA.
