DYANI TEMIZ FEZA - MUSIC FOR XABA (Musical Folk Sounds Vol.1)

1973 UK Sonet LP      SNTF 642      Stereo

Superb free / spiritual jazz with South African (à la Chris McGregor) and middle eastern influences, recorded in Stockholm, Sweden in 1972. 

Dyani and Temiz played and recorded in similar vein with Don Cherry around the same time and Feza was also heavily influenced by Cherry.

RECORD -  Surfaces look NM but the thin flexible disc is a little dished and shows slightest edge warp/wobble - not affecting play.

LABELS -  NM    

COVER - NM-   Crease in front laminate along spine edge. No stickers, splits or writing.

I will be listing more free jazz / avant-garde / outsider records over the coming week(s) with low starting prices and no reserve - please watch out for them!

GRADING SCALE:   M/NM/EX/VG/G(+/-) visual grading only - not play tested unless specifically indicated above. NM is near mint not mint - I do not use M except for an unplayed record.
