Description

For sale is an original 1956 pressing of Introducing Johnny Griffin on Blue Note.


Deep groove 767 Lexington Ave label, RVG, P "ear" mark.


The Frame Cover is in G+ condition. Has some rubbing and creasing on the front and back , wear on the outer edges, and a few light stains. The bottom seam looks to have been split and reglued at some point in its past. The top seam and spine are intact, except for maybe a 1/4" split on the bottom of the spine where it meets the bottom seam.


The Flat Edge Vinyl is in VG condition. Surface has numerous light scuffs and a few scratches I can barely feel with my fingernail. The scratches do not affect the play whatsoever, no tics or skips. Has crackling throughout but does not overpower the music, some spots better than others. Track 1, side 2 has heavier crackling than the rest. It looks worse than it plays.
