This is Prestige / New Jazz Records 8241, Johnny "Hammond" Smith Talk That Talk, a purple, deep groove label original mono issue of this classic record with RVG stamped in the dead wax. The record is in VG++ condition showing almost no signs of wear but some light sleeve marks and playing quietly throughout. The original glossy cover has some light tearing on the back but is excellent and intact. The labels are excellent and have little or no spindle marks. The record was played on a Linn Sondek LP12 in mono mode and cleaned on a VPI 17. This is an excellent collector's grade copy of this wonderful original mono issue. This is part of my personal collection that I will be selling (slowly) over the next few months and years. Please check our other listings as we discount shipping for multiple wins.
