Greetings,


For sale here we have a never-before sold 7" single-sided acetate by Johnny Kidd & The Pirates. The song is "This Golden Ring" which was never issued on a 7" single making this record the only instance of this song appearing on this format!


This metal-based acetate was manufactured by EMI in Hayes, Middlesex. The A-side label shows some hand-written details. The condition of the record is VG, light surface marks give some background noise/crackle during playback but this is not overwhelming. Due to the nature of acetate pressings, the fidelity of the record is not as high as on standard vinyl.


A true one-off and must for any collector :)
