Johnny O'Keefe is credited with being Australia's first rock artist and the release date of the single "Wild One" from this debut EP is considered the birth date of rock n roll in this country. While the EP is billed as a "live" stadium performance, it was in fact recorded in the studio with appropriate female screaming overdubbed. This is the super rare 1st pressing on the Blue & silver Festival label!!

For a record that is around 50 years old it is in wonderful condition. After a careful clean of the vinyl I listened through to both sides there is only a few light scuff marks on the vinyl. There are a few light crackles throughout and plays in Excellent condition. The cover is fully intact, no sign of any seam splits. It has some light ring wear, a few tiny blue pen marks on back top right hand corner,slight scuffing on corners and a few tiny surface tears around edges. Cover is in VG+ condition.
