This is a two-record set where one of the discs is a 12" 33rpm LP with live shows, and the other is a 12" 45rpm EP with five studio cuts.
It's the only record I've heard that actually captures the shambolic mess and glory that was Johnny Thunders. Walter Lure is on all the songs as well, and between them they really are the Heartbreakers, and that's a great thing.
New Rose, as I said when I listed a Troggs album, is an amazing French label that uses vinyl as good as the best classical music pressings, and does so for the greatest messed-up punk era rock and garage compilations. This package is one of their best I think.
I miss this guy. But here he is.
Gorgeous near-mint vinyl and sleeve both. This is the first first pressing, which has a misprint on the 45rpm disc's label: a catalog number of "NEW18A" instead of the correct "ROSE18A."
