Owned since new  Vinyl is in VG+ condition. I clean these records with a Spin Clean MKII Record Washer System, afterword I will run the record for flaws on my Audio Technica AT-LP-120XUSB turntable before I list.  This Record plays exceptionally well with no scratches that cause skips or bad sounds. Record has a few surface scuffs from years going in and out of the inner sleeve, however the record sound is not affected. Sleeve I would put in VG Condition.  It looks great except for the obvious wear down tear mark in the lower left side of the reverse.  The only other flaw is that little mark on the top of the rear, and a very small mark on the bottom right of the front.
