Description

Johns Children - Desdemona b/w Remember Thomas A Becket ( 1967 UK Track original pressing with picture sleeve. MONO 604003 ). Brilliant double sider Mod/Freakbeat/Psych . Features a 20 year old Marc Bolan during his 3 month stay with the group. Amazingly has the forever absent picture sleeve cover which only came with the initial batch of pressings to reviewers, disc jockeys etc. Picture cover has some edge browning but very solid with no rips tears writing etc. Genuine original paper sleeve with flipbacks on the rear ( beware of counterfeit card sleeves ). . VERY GOOD PLUS. Matt jet black/silver Track labels show slight signs of use. EXCELLENT. Disc lies flat and true on the turntable platter. Lovely sheen on the vinyl. Some fine lines from sleeve removal seen under direct spotlight. Wonderful loud powerful audio. Obviously not over played at all. Blew me away when I test played it. Loud cut for discotheque and juke box airplay as so many of these 60,s gems were. Banned from the radio at the time ( May 1967 ) . . . All seems a fuss about nothing now!. . EXCELLENT. Gradings as per : Record Collector Grading System definitions. All items guaranteed. All photos are of item for sale. Dealer/collector since 1974. I ship Worldwide however PLEASE wait until I've calculated the postage to your country before paying if buying from outside the UK. Any further questions please get in touch. Gordon.
