All covers, labels and inners have no rips, loosening of glue, handwriting in ink or biro pen.

All records listed are in no less than EX condition (see above for actual grading). In some cases I may list a very rare record at a lesser grading but this will be described in detail. Brief description of item

A genuine first press on the purple label with gramophone co. LTD rims. The vinyl in MINT condition & the cover is also a stand out textured feel design. Vibrant print & colour. After over 40 years of owning this gem, I have decided the time is right for me, to move it on. Stored at home among some of the most stunning records that you will EVER see. Many have sold over the past few years. A long drawn out process for anyone, but one that's proving to be worthwhile for both parties.. Seller & buyers. You will not be let down by any record I sell or offer. These are also delivered with the best possible protection. What you have here, is an un-played copy I have played this one time in all these years. Today as a first press (see above & photographs for all details) you will not get a more cared for and pristine example ANYPLACE!!

Labels are clear and unworn. If you were to be in doubt about it...Then one tiny spider line on one side/side 1. That's it...And you'll only see this under extreme conditions of high light.  The actual record is flawless & shines like the record should. No surface scratched marks. Flat & perfect 100% no warping. Absolutely in mint condition. Beautiful....100% satisfaction for anyone that's a collector or otherwise. Run off matrix have a matching unbelievable A1 & B1 matrix...Impossible to find these today in any better shape...The record looks better than some people of the same age!! Non laminated but textured sleeve, in as great a condition as humanly possible. these were prone to any type of easy wear & are very, very difficult to keep like this one. Just have a look at all the photographs provided. The cover opens up as a gated version original & looks ABSOLUTELY 100% pristine. made by Garrod and Lofthouse Ltd. Comes with the original poly lined dust inner. Plus a new plain white provided for safe transit. Record outside of the cover.

After the 1969 classical / rock fusion Concerto For Group and Orchestra, Jon Lord was commissioned to write a follow-up. This was Gemini Suite, five long movements inspired by the members of Deep Purple, and performed live in September 1970 at the Royal Festival Hall with The Light Music Society Orchestra (the album of the concert was issued in 1993 as Gemini Suite Live). Jon Lord then recorded it in the studio as his first solo project in 1971, with the London Symphony Orchestra conducted by Malcolm Arnold and soloists drawn from the rock world. Gemini Suite was an important step for Lord and led to albums such as Windows (1974) and Sarabande (1976).

The album was originally released in Europe and America in 1971

Record will be packed in a tough custom box DEFENDAPACK mailer as shown in the photos below. The mailer has a locking tab. The record will be placed outside its cover and inside a brand new polythene protector between two card stiffeners and sealed at the top with fragile marked masking tape. Items are labelled "handle with care".

Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condiition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displayes no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable

Good (G) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has notceably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc

Fair (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

Poor (P) The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler

CD's and CASSETTES As a general rule CD's and Cassettes either play perfectly - inwhich case they are in Mint condition - or they don't, in which case their value is minimal. Cassette tape is liable to deteriorate with age, even if it remains unplayed, so care should be taken when buying old tapes. CD's are difficult to grade visually; they can look perfect but actually be faulty, while in other cases they may appear damaged but still play perfectly. Cassette and CD inlays and booklets should be graded in the same way as record covers and sleeves. In general, the plastic containers for cassettes and CDs can easily be replaces if they are broken or scratched, but card covers and digipaks are subject to the same wear as record sleeves
