OK-getting down to my last few copies (I found a stack in an old antique store-all were sealed up-after I run out they'll be no more as I'm saving a few for my personal psych/xian/folk collection).. This is a weird one not to mention super rare. You can search Google, Gemm, etc. until you're blue in the face and you won't find any copies of this xian garage/folk/psych/hippie concept album. The name of this private press LP is "Jonah and the Whale" and it dates from that fab private press year of 1970.. The copy I have for sale is sealed NM/NM shape= beautiful.. The sound ranges from "Search Party"-like xian dreamy folk psych to strange pure xian garage pop..And then some straight up strumming-guitar xian country-folk cuts.. The whole lp revolves around some xian/ hippy-ish take on "Jonah and the Whale"..In between cuts you get to hear these 1970 hippies protesting about "this and that" to xian heads-this is weird stuff taking on a bit of a novelty approach here..There are some really excellent xian garage/psych/folk cuts on here that should appeal to any fan of 70's Christian/Xian music. Like I said earlier this is a sealed MINT private press album released on "Jonah Records" (red label) and dates 1970.. Get a copy now while you can because I have no idea what they'll be worth in the future..$5.00 priority mail charge in U.S. ..
