Description
This is a listing for an original vinyl pressing of Joni Mitchell's classic 1971 album "Blue". Please read below for details about condition.
This is the original Reprise pressing. There is no pressing plant identifier in the runouts.
This original pressing has some surface wear and plays with surface noise. The A side has noticeable crackle throughout but no loud pops. Perhaps a bit of groove wear, as well. The B side plays cleaner, still with some surface crackle but as noticeable as the A side, still no loud pops. A little click/tick here and there. Plays decently with no skips. The gatefold cover has no seam splits but has some edge wear and some ring wear and a couple small paper abrasions (visible in the photos). There is a little paper degradation on the labels around the spindle hole on both sides.
This item has been put through our multi-step cleaning process that includes a vacuum clean and an ultrasonic wash. The LP has been put in a fresh paper sleeve after being cleaned. The LP will be shipped outside of the cover in a poly sleeve to help prevent from any seam splits in transit. It will be shipped in a cardboard LP mailer with two 12x12 cardboard pads for added protection. A tracking number will be provided.
