Description
This live LP offering is Joni Mitchell's excellent "Shadows And Light". This is not only one of the great all time live albums but was also listed as a "Record To Die For" (R2D4) in Stereophile Magazine.
Ms. Mitchell's backing band was second to none for this project: Jaco Pastorius (bass), Don Alias (drums), Pat Metheny (lead guitar), Lyle Mays (keyboards), Michael Brecker (sax), and The Persuasions (vocals).
Cover is graded a conservative Very Good (VG), this cover being black, is extremely hard to find in VG condition. The cover shows front and back jacket ring wear, edge wear, slight corner and spine wear.
The records are much better, they are graded Very Good Plus (VG+), the only exception being a loud tick just before "Woodstock" on Side 4, most likely from a needle drop.
All records were cleaned on a Loricraft Audio Professional Record Cleaner and play graded. Following cleaing the records were housed in new audiophile type inner sleeves, The original color inners reside in the jacket. A polyvinyl outer sleeve was added to prevent further wear.
Overall an exceptionally clean copy of one of the most desirable Joni Mitchell records. Thanks for looking and enjoy the music.
