Here is a Scarce hard to find early Cajun 78 on Columbia label 15301-D.This was the second record they made and it came out in 1928.Songs titled Fe Fe Ponchaux on one side with the song Le Vie Soulard Et Sa Femme on the other side.The Fe Fe Ponchaux side looks to have five light non feelable scratches and nine scratches that are feelable.Of the nine feelable scratches six are about 1/4th of an inch with three being 1/2 of an inch long.The two half inch scratches feel pretty deep but when play tested they cause only three pops and three ticks total on this side.This side also has a small groove dig pit spot.Also has some scuffing and some groove wear but still has a nice amount of shine.The Le Vieux Soulard Et Sa Femme side has six light non feelable scratches and six feelable scratches.Of the six feelable scratches three are 3/4th of an inch with the other three being smaller.Has one very small thin white colored groove pit mark which touches approximately three grooves on long side.Its very thin.Also has a very light pressing line which starts about 1 and 1/2 inches into song and runs to label.Its very light only.Happened when record was pressed and made and does not affect play at all.Side has some scuffing and also one small section near the eleven O' Clock area of record near middle of song that has some light grey scuffs.Does not affect play.Side has groove wear.Still has a good amount of shine on grooves.I play tested both sides and they play as follows.The Fe Fe Ponchaux side plays nicely with a light background hiss.I counted a total of three ticks and three pops during play of entire song.The Le Vieux Soulard Et Sa Femme side plays with a medium background hiss right when song starts but shortly after it quiets  to a light background hiss.I counted 10 ticks on this side.I also counted ten pops/loud clicks on this side as well.This side has Cleoma singing throughout the song as other side is an instrumental.Record will be shipped in a new yellow 78 sleeve.As with all records I sell if buyer is not 100% satisfied I have a return for refund.I've been shipping 78s through the mail for many years so this record will be wrapped Extremely Well.Will use the thick cardboard sandwich method with bubble wrap on the outside.Also will use a large box with plenty of padding to ship this in.
