Description

Original pressing from 1980 of Closer by Joy Division.
Both the record and the sleeve are in very good condition. In those days I used to buy an album, get it home, tape it onto cassette, and thereafter only play it on rare occasions. I haven't had a working record player since 1989, so this has only seen a turntable four or five times in its entire existence.
There is some discolouration to the sleeve, but it looks a lot worse in my photographs than it actually is!
