Up for sale is a highly prized, collector-grade UK first pressing of Joy Division's haunting masterpiece, Closer, released on Factory Records in July 1980. Recorded with producer Martin Hannett just before Ian Curtis's tragic passing, this landmark post-punk album remains a foundational pillar of alternative music history.

This specific copy is a verified true first issue pressed on high-quality Tranco vinyl. While it looks like standard solid black on the turntable, it glows a deep translucent red/purple when held up to a strong direct light source.
