Description
Joy Division - "An Ideal For Living" 12-Inch Vinyl EP.
Original 1978 UK-issue 4-track EP on Anonymous Records.
Genuine original official copy, owned by me since purchase (Brand New shop purchase in 1978).
Only pressed in very small quantity at the time of issue (1000 ?) and never officially repressed.
One of the rarest Joy Division vinyl releases in any condition - here's one in Top condition that's been well cared for and played sparingly over the years.
You'd have to find a brand new one to better this!
Superb condition all round, with little sign of play or handling (see detailed gradings below).
This copy has survived it's 32 years incredibly well !

Condition :-
Vinyl - EX
- Just a couple of faint superficial scuffs and that's it! - Little sign of any play or handling.
- Correct original run-out etchings (extracts from the lyrics to the Joy Division song "Digital") all present.
Sleeve - EX Plus
- No sticker marks or writing, No ring wear, No edge or spine wear, No splits.
- Nice Sharp corners, with no rubbing or creasing.
Labels - EX
- No wear, writing or sticker marks. Ultra-faint spindle marks. No fading.
- A couple of very small "tear marks" around the spindle hole. These are from the pressing process, not from usage wear. (See photos).

USA/Canada = 12.75 GBP
Asia (inc. Japan), Australia/NZ = 12.75 GBP.
Extra LP's/12-inch at the following rates :-
Europe = 1.80 GBP each
USA/Canada = 2.20 GBP each
Asia (inc. Japan), Australia/NZ = 2.20 GBP each.
(Note - Double LP's (and items with unusually heavy packaging!) count as two additional - Triples as three additional, and so on).
- it will need to be split into 2 separate shipments - or shipped via courier - as the UK Royal Mail does not currently offer a reasonably-priced Shipping Service for such parcels. These shipments will be charged/quoted "at cost" when required.

Despatch and Packing :-
All items are normally posted within 48 hours of receiving payment.
Where payment is by Cheque (or Paypal's eCheque), items will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared.
Purpose-designed mailing/packaging materials will be used.
Your record(s) will be well protected against the rigours of normal handling/shipping, including getting wet in the rain!
All records are packed outside of their main packaging (in a new plain inner where necessary), to avoid sleeve splits in transit.
Gradings :-
I use the UK "Record Collector Magazine" grading system for vinyl.

Items are graded honestly and conservatively - I know how it feels to get overgraded stuff through the mail !
