This is from my Aunts personal collection who recently passed, she took very good care of her records as she was a musician.  
 I will do my best to rate the record condition with an explanation added.
Cover Good Plus to Excellent -Minor corner dings -Cover Fading -slight edge wear
Sleeve - the sleeve looks great
Vinyl Looks Excellent - The record has very minimum surface scratches that does not affect the playback of the record.  Fabulous condition.
