Still is a "posthumous" double album by Joy Division, consisting of previously unused studio material and originally a live recording of Joy Division's last concert in High Hall, Birmingham University on 2 May 1980. The live performance includes the only time the group ever performed the song "Ceremony" live, which later became a New Order single. Another song featured is a cover of The Velvet Underground's "Sister Ray", recorded at The Moonlight Club in London on 2 April 1980. 
Initially planned for release in August 1981 (hence the 1/8/81 on the centre labels), this was actually released on 8 October 1981. 
- The "hessian" hardback cover with grey labels was the initial release in an edition of 5000 copies in October 1981.  - A cardboard embossed gatefold cover, cardboard inner sleeves opening to the centres, and grey labels, also in October 1981.  - A special / limited gatefold edition in white cardboard with blue letters, and with white/blue centre labels was issued in December (believed to be one of Factory's Christmas gifts). 
The album peaked at #5 of the UK album charts, stying in the Top 100 for 5 months, hence there are several reissues / represses, a.o. with altered packaging. 
The song D4 "Decades" is suffering badly from wow and flutter. Obviously being transfered from a cassette tape copy. 
The song "Twenty Four Hours" was also performed live at Birmingham University, but was left off the CD release due to time constraints. Despite not being listed on the sleeve, it appears on some LP pressings as track C6.

B2 is not listed. The correct title is 'As You Said', but is also known as 'And Then Again' or 'Incubation 2'.  It is also listed as 'As You Like It' on a master tape box from Strawberry Studios.
Given away in record stores, released in generic die-cut paper sleeve. On release, Factory stated that this disc would never be deleted from its catalogue. At least 75,000 copies were pressed.
All tracks are from the Britannia Row studio session for Closer (March 18-30, 1980), that didn't end up on the album.
