Condition of the record is "Used" but in V Good + conditon and plays well. 
FACT 10 Inside - 'A porky prime cut / step'
FACT 10 Outside - 'A porky prime cut / This is the way'

Has original texured Garrod and Lofthouse sleeve which shows signs of age and wear but is in fair condition. No barcode on spine as is the case with all early editions.
Original rounded corner inner sleeve has signs of age with slight discolourisation and is numbered in the top right corner 1726.
