You are bidding on an LP.  Joy Division – Unknown Pleasures, very good condition cover and very good vinyl (see notes below).  The item will be well packaged in a record mailer with 2 stiffeners (the vinyl removed and placed in a white paper sleeve to prevent seam splits) and sent immediately upon payment.  First Class postage in the UK, 'Standard International' to other destinations (see below).  I have tried to be as honest as I can about its condition but if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

In the next few weeks I will be listing some great vinyl (some rare) from bands like Joy Division, Railway Children, New Fast Automatic Daffodils, Pixies, Pale Saints, XTC, Sugarcubes, Half Man Half Biscuit, Ride, The Room, Leather Nun, Crustation, Europeans, Benny Profane, Microdisney, Fire Next Time, etc.

This is Joy Division 'Unknown Pleasures' UK LP on the Factory Records label from 1979.  The LP comes in a textured cover with a printed inner sleeve.  The cover is still in very good condition with light creasing and scuffing.  The labels are in excellent condition with hardly any sign of spindle marks.  The vinyl has 1st press matrix numbers (see below).  The vinyl looks very good, really bright and clean with light/medium surface/sleeve removal marks/scuffs.  Playback is very good with light/medium crackle (heavier more audible crackle on side two).

Rare original first press release on Factory Records (FACT 10) from 1979

Album Cover notes:
Front and back covers are still in very good condition, creasing, scuffing
Inner sleeve, very good condition, light scuffing, mild discoloration
No writing on cover or labels
Light scuffing to edges of cover
No fraying to spine

Vinyl grading:
Side 1: VG (light/medium surface/sleeve removal marks/scuffs) 
Side 2: VG (light/medium surface/sleeve removal marks/scuffs) 

Vinyl notes:
Both sides have been played on a Rega RP1 turntable with an Ortofon OM5E cartridge (tracking weight: 1.5g - 2.0g) and listened to on a pair of high end Sennheiser headphones.

NOTE: Side one plays with quite light crackle, but on side two the crackle is more audible and noticeable.

A-side:
Light/medium crackle, excellent playback

B-side:
Medium/heavy crackle (more audible throughout), excellent playback

In general the vinyl is very good.  It looks very bright and clean with light/medium surface/sleeve removal marks/scuffs.  Playback is very good with light/medium crackle (heavier more audible crackle on side two).

I tend to be over critical of a records condition as it is not my intention to misrepresent what I am selling.  I want the buyer to feel what they have bought is as described although not everyones opinion of its condition will be the same as mine.
