Joy Division - Unknown Pleasures LP - Factory FACTUS1 - 1979 Second US Pressing - VG+
This was the debut album from Joy Division, considered to be a pioneer of the "post-punk/proto-goth" genre, issued in 1979 by Factory Records.
Second pressing features a heavy cardstock sleeve with a smooth finish and solid black vinyl (the first US pressing had a textured finish sleeve and vinyl that appears translucent when held up to light). Includes printed inner sleeve. Can also be indentified thru matrix runout info. Please feel free to verify features of various release versions on Discogs if you have any concerns.
Overall condition is VG+. Vinyl is VG+ with some light scuffing. Sleeve is VG+, still in shrinkwrap but with one corner damaged. Price sticker on shrinkwrap. Printed inner sleeve is NM with light wrinkling.

This was the band's only album released prior to Ian Curtis's death, and features the now iconic cover art of pulsar radio waves from The Cambridge Encyclopaedia of Astronomy.
Grading is subjective, I am not a professional dealer. I try to place myself in the position of the buyer and be as accurate as possible, listing any notable defects.
Shipping in US via USPS Ground Advantage, it's a bit more expensive but you'll get it quicker with less likelihood of loss or damage. (The only shipments I've ever had "go missing" were sent Media Mail.) Shipping to other countries is via eBay International Shipping.
